Match Prices
We have extremely competitive prices. We do this several ways. First, we
continually take advantage of every possible special purchase opportunity and
discount available. We also shop the markets constantly to see the prices our
competitors are offering. Finally, since we struggle to keep overhead to a
minimum, we work with smaller margins to win your business. We reserve the
right to limit quantities and vary prices in accordance with the quantity
ordered.
Showroom
The prices for our products in our showroom location are the same as those
listed on our website. At this time, we do not offer a will-call option for
purchasing products in our showroom. Our products are available on a
first-come-first-serve basis. Contact us for any questions or availability.
No
Match Technical Support / RMA
No Match provides free support for 60 days after the purchase. (09 4355543). We
are here to service you during the week Monday - Friday from 10AM to 4PM. All
computer / hardware components require professional installation. Software
technical support is not available at this time. We recommend that you contact
the software manufacturer for direct support.
Return Policy:
- Please
keep all packing material and documentation including ORIGINAL INVOICE
with serial numbers in the event your equipment has to be serviced or
returned.
- Before
returning any product for repair, refund, or exchange you must obtain a
Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). NO packages of any type, will
be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of package, It will be
refused. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an
RMA: name, invoice number, serial number, and the nature of the problem.
RMA is only issued between 10am - 4pm and are valid for 15 days.
- PLEASE
NOTE: You must place the item(s) to be returned in protective packaging
(shipping box) with bubble wrap and make sure that the item(s) do not
shake or rattle. Items that are sent in envelopes and incorrect shipping
containers will be refused and returned at your expense.
- All
defective products will be accepted directly by No Match for credit,
exchange, or repair, at our discretion within 15 days from the invoice
date. Return shipping must be paid by customer. Sorry No Exceptions.
- We
reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for all
service.
- We do
not cross ship any products. We must receive the defective product and
verify that it needs to be repaired or replaced before we ship a
replacement part.
- All
returns for credit, refund, or exchange have a 15% restocking fee, they
are issued from current price or original invoice, whichever is lower, and
must be completed within 15 days of the invoice date. In addition we do
not refund the shipping fee.
- All
products to be returned for a refund must be in 100% resalable condition
and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards,
and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- Open
Retail Boxed items are not 100% resalable and may not be returned for a
refund. These are only eligible for their respective warranties expressly
stated on our website.
- Software
may not be returned for a refund or credit. Any warranty is handled
directly by the manufacturer.
- All
OEM CPUs come with a 30-day manufacturers warranty. This warranty does not
cover any physical damage, burns, cracks, or over-clocking of the chip.
CPU chips may not be returned for a refund under any circumstance.
- Retail
Boxed CPU chips may not be returned for a refund under any circumstance.
These may be exchanged for the same item only, directly through
manufacturer.
- All
Custom-built computers, Servers, Notebooks and Standard Computer systems
are non-refundable; individual component warranties apply and may vary by
manufacturer.
- Hard
drives, ATX Cases, Display Monitors & Motherboards are non-refundable
once original packaging is opened. All warranties for these items are
handled directly by the manufacturer.
- Customer
is responsible for paying all shipping costs to No Match Computers.
Important Note
If the terms and conditions stated in your Purchase Order differ from those
stated on our invoice, and you do not notify No Match of such within 7 days, it
shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.
Not responsible for typos. Brands
and product names are trademarks of their respective companies. Prices do not
include shipping. Orders returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused are
subject to terms above (15% restocking) and a $50 processing fee plus all
shipping charges. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be
in original packaging, have an RMA number and are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. All returns received without a current RMA number (less than 15 days) on
the outside of package will be refused. No surcharge for credit cards. PRICES
